Shipping costs are calculated automatically after you enter your address and depend on your location as well as the supplier’s location.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, who is encouraged to check with the relevant local authorities.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 7 days after the quotation is confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s and supplier’s location.
The supplier, who is responsible for shipping, will send you proof of shipment (with tracking number) via email.

For bulk orders or custom-made products, additional lead times may apply. A specific timeframe will be communicated after contacting our team.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and W.A.N.D. Gallery cannot be held responsible for any delay.

Delivery Terms

Items are shipped directly from the distributor selected by the supplier to the address provided during checkout.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to ensure successful delivery.

In the case of delivery to a pickup point, storage and pickup conditions are governed by the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and report any damage to W.A.N.D. Gallery within 24 hours.
Beyond this period, no claims will be accepted.
